Ronny Surma (born April 17, 1988 in Dresden ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Ronny Surma started playing football at Dynamo Dresden at the age of six and spent his entire youth at this club. After moving to the senior division, he played in the second team of Dynamo in the major league. He was also part of the regional league team, but did not get a chance under coaches Norbert Meier and Eduard Geyer .

He then moved to Potsdam for the fourth-class SV Babelsberg 03 in 2008 . He was able to assert himself immediately and was a regular player in central defense for the entire season. Also in the following year he maintained his place and made it to the 3rd division with the SVB . In the meantime, in his third year, he lost his regular position, also because he was affected by protracted injuries. He was also sent off twice this season (once red, once yellow-red) and suspended for a total of four games. So in the end he only got 20 missions. Surma completed a total of 59 regional league games and 43 appearances in the 3rd division for the Potsdam team.

On July 3, 2012, the regional league team Sportfreunde Lotte announced the commitment of Surma. After only five short appearances at the beginning of the 2012/13 season, the central defender moved to 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig in January 2013 .
