Daniel Scheinig (born January 13, 1988 ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Daniel Scheinig grew up in Berlin-Spandau and started playing football at Schwarz-Weiss Spandau. He later played for Hertha Zehlendorf and, at the end of his youth, at Tennis Borussia Berlin , where he competed in the A-Jugend-Bundesliga.

From 2007 he played in the adjacent Finkenkrug for SV Falkensee-Finkenkrug . In the very first year, he was promoted from the Brandenburgliga to the fifth-highest division. They also reached the final of the Brandenburg State Cup. From 2008 to 2010 the young striker played in the league (49 games, 11 goals), then the club had to relegate and Scheinig applied to SV Babelsberg 03 , which had just been promoted to the 3rd division. However, a contract was not concluded because he wanted to finish his training as a banker first.

The following year, the Berliner proved his striker qualities in the Brandenburgliga with 19 goals in 27 games and so, after successfully completing his career, he got a contract with the Babelsbergers for the 2011/12 season. It then took until the 7th matchday before he got his first chance in professional football as a substitute at 1-1 in Offenbach . After that, however, only two more short assignments followed until the end of the season.
