Branimir Karabajic
Branimir "Branco" Karabajić (born August 16, 1925 in Zagreb ; † March 12, 2003 ) was a Yugoslav comic artist and author .
Karabajić started his career as an illustrator for the Yugoslav animated film Veliki Mitting , where he met Walter Neugebauer . Together with Neugebauer he moved to Munich and worked for Rolf Kauka . At Kauka he was responsible for the Pauli series , but also participated in series such as Bussi Bär and TipTop . He created the Mausebein family series for the advertising magazine Medi & Zini . In 1993 he retired and returned to Zagreb.
