The Ott brewery is a beer brewery in Oberleinleiter in Upper Franconia , a district of the Heiligenstadt market in the Bamberg district . The brewery has an annual production of 7,000 to 8,000 hectoliters.

history

The brewery has been in operation since 1678 and has been owned by the Ott family since 1882 .

Products

The product range includes the beer types Weißbier , Obaladara , Bock-Bier , Ladara-Bockbier , Edel-Pils , Export and Festbier . Each bottle is filled in crown cork bottles .

The brewery is a member of the Brauring , a cooperation between private breweries from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
