The simple facade of the plastered building is designed in the style of late classicism , while the neighboring buildings have a lush Wilhelminian style design in neo-baroque style . The facade is rusticated on the ground floor, and finely crafted window profiles stand out on the upper floor. The building is covered with a hipped roof .
