It is located on the north side of Braunschweiger Strasse in Magdeburg's Sudenburg district . The building is a single monument in the Braunschweiger Straße 1–10, 98–108 monument area . The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Braunschweiger Straße 9 to the east .
Architecture and history
The four-story plastered building was erected in the 1880s. The representative six-axis facade is designed in the neo-renaissance style. The outermost window axis is combined in front of the first and second floor and is therefore particularly emphasized.
In the monument register for Magdeburg , the residential building is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81934 .
As part of the row of houses from the Wilhelminian era that has been preserved, the building is a defining feature of the street scene and an important document for the structural development of Sudenburg during the construction period.
