Broad Street 30

The Breite Straße 30 building is a monument in the town of Velten in the Oberhavel district in the state of Brandenburg .

Architecture and history

The house was built around 1850 in the style of a Märkisches Mittelflurhaus . It is single-storey, solidly built and plastered and has a gable roof . A restoration took place in 1987. Is typical of all central corridor houses, the gable end of the Anger faces. The town church and the rectory are within sight .

The two-storey, massive farm building made of yellow bricks with a gable roof, standing to the left of the house, also belongs to the ensemble.
