Architecture and history

Construction gap Breiteweg 148 in 2019; the preserved gate system on the left

The farm formed a large four-sided courtyard from a residential house standing on the eaves and large farm buildings. The plastered house was built on two floors in 1818 and covered with a high gable roof . The house, which was simply designed in the Biedermeier style, was adorned with a surrounding strip of cornice . The farm buildings were made of quarry stone and came from the second third of the 19th century.

To the left of the house stood the large gate system. The house was considered a typical house of a farming family at the time it was built. The farm was demolished at the beginning of the 21st century. However, the gate system was preserved.

In the local register of monuments , the house was registered as a monument under registration number 094 15921 . In older statements, the monument was not only referred to as a house, but as a farm.
