Breithaupt (politician)

Breithaupt (first name not passed down; * around 1800 ; † 1870 ) was a German lawyer and parliamentarian.

Life

Breithaupt studied law at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1819 he became a member of the Corps Marchia Berlin . Later in his studies he joined the Corps Neo-Marchia Berlin. After graduating, he settled down as a lawyer and became a legal advisor in Havelberg . Most recently he was a lawyer and notary in Perleberg .

From 1849 to 1852, Breithaupt sat for the entire second legislative period for the constituency of Potsdam 1 in the Second Chamber of the Prussian Landtag, which later became the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the right-wing faction .
