The house Breitscheidstraße 23 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located west of historic Quedlinburg city center on the east side of Breitscheidstrasse. Opposite is the also listed group of houses Breitscheidstraße 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a settlement house.
Architecture and history
The two-storey house was built in 1934 by the architect Herbert Puls . The design of the cubic building is based on the New Objectivity of the 1920s.
Securing the house began in 2003 and the renovation continued in 2019, which should be completed by 2021.
