Breitscheidstrasse 30 (Quedlinburg)
The house Breitscheidstraße 30 is a Grade II listed building in the town of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The building is located west of the historic Quedlinburg city center on the west side of Breitscheidstrasse and belongs to the listed group of houses Breitscheidstrasse 22, 24, 26, 28 and 30 . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a settlement house. To the north is Breitscheidstrasse 28 , which is also listed as an individual monument .
Architecture and history
The plastered house was built in 1930 based on a design by the architect Herbert Puls . The staggered cubic structure presents itself in a factual, functional design language. On the south-west side of the house, which is covered with a flat roof, there is a semicircular protruding bay window with a terrace on the roof .
