Brekkerista (Norwegian for Steep Ridge ) is a mountain ridge in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In Sverdrupfjella it rises 3 km northeast of the summit of Jutulrøra .
Aerial photographs of the German Antarctic Expedition in 1938/39 under the direction of polar explorer Alfred Ritscher were used for initial mapping. Norwegian cartographers, who also named the mountain ridge, used surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952) in conjunction with aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960) from 1958 to 1959 in front.
