Brené Brown (born November 18, 1965 in San Antonio ) is an American author of psychological writings on lifestyle.

Life

Brené Brown studied social work at the University of Texas at Austin ( BA 1995; MA 1996) and received his doctorate there in 2002.

Brown conducts research on topics related to human behavior such as shame and empathy . She has published writings, films and lectured on this. She teaches at the University of Houston .
