Brett Thomas (born August 24, 1977 in Manly , New South Wales ) is a former Australian ice hockey player who played for the Sydney Ice Dogs in the Australian Ice Hockey League .
Career
Brett Thomas spent his entire career as a hockey player with the Sydney Ice Dogs , for which he was active in the Australian Ice Hockey League from 2004 and with whom he won the Goodall Cup in his first season when the team was still called Western Sydney Ice Dogs , the Australian Ice Hockey Championship, won. After the 2011 season, he ended his career.
International
For Australia , Thomas took part in the Division II World Championships in 2007 , 2008 and 2011 . With the Australians in 2008 and 2011 he was promoted to Division I.
