The Briesener See , in Lower Sorbian Brjazyński jazor , is a 54-hectare bathing lake , named after the Briesensee district of the municipality of Neu Zauche .

It is located in the Dahme-Spreewald district in Brandenburg , around 8 km east of Lübben in the western foothills of the Lieberoser plateau .
