Brighton ( Victoria , Australia ) is a suburb of Melbourne . Geographically, this is on the Bayside, i.e. on the eastern coast of Port Phillip Bay and belongs to the Bayside City .

The Suburb has the reputation of being one of the richest districts in Melbourne and has an extremely high quality of life, as it is not far from the center (approx. 12 km) and right on the beach.
