Brigitte Koeck

Brigitte "Gitti" Köck (born May 18, 1970 in Innsbruck , Tyrol ) is a former Austrian snowboarder and Olympic medalist .

In Nagano in 1998, Köck won the bronze medal in the parallel giant slalom, the first snowboard medal at the Olympic Games for Austria. At the Snowboard World Championships of the International Snowboarding Federation , she took second place in parallel slalom behind the German Sandra Farmand in 1997 and third place in BoarderCross and parallel slalom in 1999 and 2000 . In the World Cup, the Tyrolean came on a total of 45 podium places. After the 2001/02 season, she ended her career.
