Brigitte Schellhorn (* in Chemnitz ) is a former figure skater from the German Democratic Republic .

At the 1st GDR championships in winter sports , which took place from February 9 to February 12, 1950 in Schierke , Schellhorn won the gold medal in the women's figure skating. However, the 1950 championship was not the first national figure skating competition; Gudrun Olbricht had already won Schellhorn's discipline a year earlier .
