Brisa - Autoestradas de Portugal, SA is a publicly traded transport infrastructure company based in Portugal . The company was founded in 1972 and mainly operates motorway administrations, where it is the largest concessionaire in the domestic market . Brisa also operates in Brazil, the USA and the Netherlands. Since 2000, the investment company Grupo José de Mello has been the largest shareholder, holding over 30% through several subsidiaries. The Spanish infrastructure company Abertis owns around 15% of the company.

Brisa has been running the Colorado Northwest Parkway since 2007.

Brisa holds an 18% stake in Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias (CCR) , Brazil's largest motorway concessionaire. In the United States, Brisa and CCR are 90% -10% partners in the operation of the Northwest Parkway (Denver) toll road . The company also owns 30% of Movenience , the electronic toll system in the Westerschelden tunnel in the Dutch province of Zeeland .
