Britta Oellers

Britta Oellers (* 14. October 1973 in Kempen ) is a German politician of the CDU . She has been a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia since 2017 .

Life

Oellers attended the Freiherr vom Stein School in Krefeld . She passed her Abitur in 1993, then completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk at the Sparkasse Krefeld and then continued her education as a savings bank specialist until 1999. Since completing her professional training in 1996, she has been employed by Sparkasse Krefeld.

Britta Oellers is single and lives with her partner in Krefeld- Fischeln . She has a son.

politics

Oellers has been a member of the CDU since 1991. From 1994 to 2004 she was chairwoman of the Junge Union Krefeld-Fischeln. She has been a member of the Krefeld City Council since 1999 and has been the deputy chairwoman of the CDU parliamentary group there since 2012.

In the state elections in 2017 , Oellers was elected as a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. She won the direct mandate in constituency 47 (Krefeld I - Viersen III) with 36.7% of the first votes . In the state parliament she is a member of the Committee on Labor, Health and Social Affairs, the Committee on Family, Children and Youth and the Petitions Committee.
