Brittany Kolmel (* 18th September 1987 as Brittany Nicole Taylor in Hampton Pittsburgh , New York ) is an American football player .

Career

society

From 2010 to 2011 Kolmel played for the WPS - Franchise of Sky Blue FC . After the WPS was dissolved at the beginning of 2012, she ran for New York Fury in the WPSL Elite . In February 2013, Kolmel was hired by the Flash as a so-called free agent . She made her league debut on April 14, 2013 against Sky Blue FC, her first goal in the NWSL she marked on June 19 in the away game with the Chicago Red Stars . From 2013 to 2015 Kolmel played 41 consecutive NWSL games over the full season, which is a league-wide record. For the 2016 season, she moved to reigning champions FC Kansas City .

National team

Kolmel played for various youth teams of the US American Football Association and completed an international match for the senior national team of the USA in 2010 and 2011 .
