Broiler (until 2013 DJ Broiler ) is a Norwegian DJ - Duo from Drammen .

biography

The first success of the two childhood friends Mikkel Christiansen (* 1992) and Simen Auke (* 1991) was the party number Afterski in December 2012 . At the turn of the year it reached number 3 in the Norwegian charts. In the early summer of the following year they followed up on the hit and called their next song Vannski , which means water skiing . Within three weeks the song rose to number one on the charts.

After another single success together with the Eliassen brothers and the song En gang til , the third top 5 single Bonski followed in November together with the debut album The Beginning , which made it to number 6 and stayed in the charts for many months.

After the release, the two shortened their name, they called themselves only Broiler and released an EP with six new titles in the same year. Episode 1 and from it the song Colors were further chart hits.

In November 2014, the DJ duo released the single Wild Eyes , for which they had brought in the singer Ravvel. The song debuted at number 4 and became Broiler's second number one hit a week later .
