The Brok is a right tributary of the Bug in Poland . It rises near Jabłoń-Uszyńskie in the Podlaskie Voivodeship , after a short distance it enters the Masovian Voivodeship and flows essentially in a south-westerly direction over its 73 km long course, on which it touches the cities of Wysokie Mazowieckie and Czyżew , to the confluence with the Bug above the town of Brok . Its catchment area is given as 811 km².
