Wysokie Mazowieckie [ vɨsɔkʲɛ mazɔvjɛt͡skʲɛ ] ( lithuanian Mazovijos Vysokis ; Belarusian Высокае Мазавецкае ) is one of the township and town and seat of the same name of the independent rural community in Wysokie Mazowieckie County of Podlaskie , Poland .
