Bruce Field

Bruce Field ( Bruce William Field; born January 22, 1947 in Melbourne ) is a retired Australian hurdler , sprinter and long jumper .

In 1972 he was eliminated from the Olympic Games in Munich over 400 m hurdles and in the long jump in the first round.

At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, he won silver over the 400 m hurdles . In the 4 x 400 meter relay he was fourth and over 400 m and fifth in the long jump.

In 1974 he was Australian champion over 400 m hurdles.
