Bruce Graham (screenwriter)

Bruce Graham (born 1957 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is an American screenwriter .

Life

Bruce Graham graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania . He then moved to New York City , where he wanted to establish himself as an actor. However, this failed so that he tried his hand at writing plays. He was able to successfully perform two pieces with Coyote on a Fence and The Philly Fan . He then made his debut as a screenwriter in 1983 with the screenplay for the television film The Brass Ring , a literary film adaptation of a novel by Jocelyn Riley . He has since written the script for films such as Anastasia and The Flight of the Reindeer . At the same time he teaches film and screenwriting at Drexel University .
