Monika Brudlewsky
Monika Brudlewsky b. Hamelmann (born May 4, 1946 in Groß-Ottersleben ) is a German politician ( CDU ) from Saxony-Anhalt .
Life
After graduating from high school, she attended medical school from 1964 to 1966. As a nurse, she worked in a hospital, an old people's home, an institution for the disabled and a doctor's practice (until 1990).
In 1973 she joined the GDR CDU . In March 1990 she was elected to the People's Chamber , in December 1990 to the German Bundestag , to which she was a member until 2002. From 1992 to 1996, Brudlewsky was also a member of the Central Committee of German Catholics .
She is very committed to the right to life of unborn children and is a member of the Christian Democrats for Life .
She is also the secretary of the Christian Journalists' Working Group .
