Bruno Colella

Bruno Colella (born September 4, 1955 in Naples ) is an Italian actor and film director .

Life

Colella initially worked as a musician and songwriter and switched to the stage in the 1980s, where he a. a. acted in one-man shows. He later worked as a writer and actor for the stage, but also directed documentaries and music videos . In the cinema he appeared in a handful of supporting roles.

In 1992 Colella directed his debut film , Amami , in which he also participated. In contrast to this highly acclaimed film, his Voglio stare sotto al letto , made in 1999, went rather unnoticed. His last film so far followed in 2004.

In 1998 Colella founded the Teatro della Bugia in Rome .
