Bruno Garlepp

Bruno Garlepp (born January 3, 1845 in Kölsa , † November 12, 1916 in Berlin ) was a German writer , painter and composer .

Life

Born in Kölsa near Wiedemar and Delitzsch in what is now the district of North Saxony , Garlepp studied Protestant theology and initially worked as a teacher in Dresden . In 1880 he moved to Berlin, where he devoted himself to literature. The writer became known through historical stories and adventure novels written by him.
