Bucharest marathon
The Bucharest Marathon is a marathon that has been taking place in the Romanian capital Bucharest since 2008 .
route
The start is east of the Izvor Park . From there the route leads to the nearby Parliament Palace , via Bulevardul Unirii , along Dâmbovița to the northwest to the Triumphal Arch . From there it goes back to Parliament and then south-east to Pasajul Mihai Bravu , back to Bulevardul Unirii and east to Șoseaua Morarilor. Then the route leads back to the west, passes the Arena Naăională and reaches the finish in front of the Parliament via Bulevardul Unirii and Piața Constituției .
