Bundestag constituency Neustadt - Grafschaft Schaumburg
The Bundestag constituency Neustadt - Grafschaft Schaumburg was a constituency in Lower Saxony from 1949 to 1965 . It included the districts of Neustadt am Rübenberge and Grafschaft Schaumburg as well as the western part of the Burgdorf district . After the electoral district was dissolved, its area was divided between the Schaumburg and Celle constituencies for the 1965 federal election .
The constituency was always won directly by Ernst Weltner ( SPD ).
