The Federal Association of the German Brick Industry eV , based in Berlin, represents around 90 manufacturers of paving clinkers , facing and backing bricks and roof tiles with 8500 employees in Germany.

history

The origins of the club in the founding of the German Association for the Fabrication of bricks, Tohnwaaren, lime and cement in 1865. After several splittings and mergers representative bodies of the brick industry emerged from it in Bonn in 1951 Federation of German Brick Industry Association in 2018 drew the office of the association from Bonn to Berlin.
