The BeB is the publisher of two specialist journals:

  • The orientation , a professional journal in the field of work disability assistance, published four times a year with a circulation of 5,500 copies. The magazine came under fire in 2010 due to an open letter from deaconry workers supported by the Community Aid Association and Church Collection of the Bible and Confession in Bavaria (KSBB) . There, in a campaign that has been going on since 2003, especially in issues 02/2003 and 02/2009, “Prostitution [as] a 'sacred act on behalf of the goddess' and as a 'Christian' profession” was propagated.
  • The professional journal in the field of social psychiatry, die Kerbe , which has been published nationwide since 1983 , also four times a year with a circulation of 1,500 copies.
