The castle Dietenberg even castle Griesingen called, is an Outbound Turmhügelburg (moth) just south of the courts of the same name of the district Dietenberg on the boundaries of the 1971 Red on Red unincorporated community Spindelwag in the district of Biberach in Upper Swabia . The hill castle is around 674 meters above sea level .
It was built by the Lords of Dietenberg from 1271 to 1278 and destroyed in the 14th century. The lords of Winterstetten-Waldsee were also former owners. Remains of the round castle hill of the moth that was leveled today could still be seen in 1924.
