The castle Dieterich Castle is an Outbound hill castle (Motte) 2250 meters northeast of the city Riedlingen in the district of Biberach in Baden-Württemberg . It is located on the edge of a slope above the Danube Valley at around 542 meters above sea ​​level .

The Motte , mentioned in 1364 as Dietenburgstall, was owned by the von Bossen family. In 1441 she came to the Zwiefalten monastery .

Remnants of an artificially raised, rectangular and 2.5 meter high castle hill are still preserved from the former castle complex. This hill was partially destroyed by excavations. The former moat has been leveled today.
