The castle rest Schwendi shall mean a castle Schwendi a second medieval noble residence in the town of Schwendi in the district of Biberach in Baden-Württemberg . The defunct tower hill castle (Motte) was about 544 meters above sea level at the site of the local church.
The remains of the Motte , already mentioned in 1406 as a castle stables, i.e. as an uninhabitable castle, were built in around 1561 in the parish church of St. Stephanus. Nothing has survived from the former castle complex with a tower and mountain ring on an artificial hill.
