The Postal Muhlberg (Flurname Gschloßhübl ) is an Outbound Spur castle in the town of Lichtenberg in District Urfahr environment of Upper Austria . The plant was discovered by Alexander Klapka in 1958.

The castle can be attributed to the noble family of the Mühlberger , which is attested for this area in 1270 (a Dietmarus de Mulperg is mentioned here in 1270). It lies on a spur protruding from the slope near the Groß-Mühlberger farm. The core work facing the valley through which the Puchleitenbach flows was secured by a ditch and a wall.

During a test excavation in the 1960s, two arrowheads, pottery shards and coal were found. The property was severely affected by a rootstock clearing in 2007, but it is still partially recognizable. The so-called Elfenstein was also placed on the castle stables . It is about a meter high monolith of indefinite meaning, which is probably to be seen in connection with the former castle complex (possibly it was a brick of the "Festes Haus"). It stood in the ground of the castle stables until 2007, then it was torn out and rolled down the slope towards the stream.

The facility is not a listed building .
