Burkhardt Kiegeland

Burkhardt Kiegeland (born February 20, 1942 in Germany , † August 15, 2016 in Switzerland ) was a German writer .

After an initial career as a proofreader and editor , he became a freelance writer and translator . He wrote some specialist books a. a. on the topics of model railways and photography . After a collapse in health around 1980, he turned to spiritual issues. He moved from Munich to Salzburg and later to Bern .

His works on model railroading experienced a greater distribution among the model railroaders of the time and are accordingly well known.
