action

Miguel is an ambitious young Colombian politician who is in the midst of a brilliant career. He only sees the world from the perspective of the privileged upper class and is blind to the social grievances in his country. When Miguel is flirting with a pretty woman in a bar, he is given an anesthetic to rob him. He is then attacked by a gang of young people and robbed of his clothes. He wanders around naked looking for help. He receives a poncho from 2 nuns that only reaches his navel. Organ traffickers knock Miguel down and take him to the forensic medicine, where he can regain consciousness and escape. Miguel has no memories of the past and no clue as to his identity. A transvestite takes him home. Miguel spends a few days here, later he lives on the street with a homeless man from whom he learns to survive. In the course of time, bits of memory come back, but Miguel cannot put them together. Miguel's mother is looking for him and offers a reward. His siblings want to have him declared dead in order to gain access to his assets. The organ dealers kill a man and burn his corpse with Miguel's ring on his finger to collect the reward. The fake body is buried under Miguel's name. At the feeding of the poor, Miguel meets his former lover Helena, whom he left when she became pregnant. She knows his identity, but only tells him by his first name. Miguel's mother finds her son in a homeless shelter and takes him and his new friend home with her. At the end of the day, Miguel organized a party for the homeless.
