The Buskehøj (also called Busk Banke) is a grave mound at Voldtofte east of Assens on Funen . With a height of eight meters and a diameter of more than 60 meters, it is the largest burial mound of the Bronze Age ( Danish oldtidshøj ) on the island and one of the largest in Denmark . There were originally over 25 burial mounds in the area, but only four have been preserved and protected.

The hill has been archaeologically investigated, but by exploratory drilling is known that the Buskehøj has a stone core and thus Roese is. It was normal to raise older burial mounds and, for example, to bring in urn graves .

Buskehøj, tucked away between trees in summer, is so large that archaeologists thought it was a medieval castle mound, but analysis and drilling has determined that it probably dates from the Bronze Age. The flat top is more recent.

Nearby is Lusehøj , where rich finds were made as early as 1861.
