The Lords of Busse are a noble Silesian family . There is no direct relationship to other genders of this name. Parts of the family still exist today.

history

On September 13, 1748, Frederick the Great raised the privy councilor and director of the War and Domain Chamber in Glogau Christian von Busse to the nobility. Christian von Busse was mayor in Freienwalde and tenants of Quilitz (now Neuhardenberg ). Later he acquired u. a. Castle Neuguth and Heinzenburg in the Lüben district.

The von Busse family owned extensive property in Silesia and West Prussia and provided numerous high officers and officials.

The coat of arms consists of a vertically divided shield. In the right silver half is the neck of a black crowned eagle with a protruding red tongue; In the left red field there are three swimming golden fish (butterflies) one below the other. The crest forms a black eagle flight.
