Byron Erickson

Byron Erickson (born February 3, 1951 in Tucson , Arizona ) is an American editor and writer in the comics industry. He works on Disney comics at Egmont and was previously the editor of the stories for the cartoonist Don Rosa .

Erickson joined Another Rainbow Publishing in 1983. When they got the license to publish Disney comics in the US under the name Gladstone Publishing , he became their publisher and editor-in-chief. After Disney took over the license, Erickson left Gladstone and moved to First Comics as an editor. He later moved to Denmark and joined Egmont, first as an editor and later as a creative leader. He also continues to work as a comics writer.
