César Salazar (cyclist)
César Salazar Herrera (born February 14, 1972 ) is a former Colombian racing cyclist .
César Salazar was able to win a stage at the Vuelta al Táchira for the first time in 1997 and was thus able to win the overall standings. In 1998, 2000 and 2001 he was able to win a stage there again. In 2003 he won two stages and at the Vuelta a Guatemala he was first overall. Also in 2004 and 2005 he won two and in 2006 a part of the Vuelta al Táchira. In 2006 he was also successful twice at the Clásico Ciclístico Banfoandes . In the 2007 season he won two stages and the team time trial at the Vuelta al Táchira and at the Vuelta a Venezuela he was first overall.
