The 1933/34 season was the eighth regular season of the Canadian-American Hockey League (CAHL). The Providence Reds became champions .

In the regular season, the five teams played 40 games each. The top three teams qualified for the playoffs. The semifinals were played in a best-of-three series, the final in a best-of-five series. Each team received two points for a win, one point for a tie and zero points for a defeat.
