The Philadelphia Arrows were an American ice hockey team based in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania . The team played in the Canadian-American Hockey League from 1927 to 1935 .
history
The franchise was founded in 1927 as a member of the Canadian-American Hockey League . During their eight-year existence they achieved rather mixed results in this. Only in the 1932/33 season did the Arrows get past the first play-off round. Having won first place in the regular season, they received a the playoff semi-final bye and defeated in the finals to Boston Cubs in a best-of-five series with 2: 3 wins.
