history
CDEC Gaming was founded in April 2014 as the second team of LGD Gaming and became independent in October 2014. Since then, the team has achieved some success. After CDEC Gaming did not achieve a top placement at the Dota 2 Asia Championships 2015, the team was able to improve significantly in the summer of 2015, whereby the Chinese achieved second place in the national qualifications for the World Cyber Arena . Much more important is the team's final at The International 2015. The team was able to qualify as one of two wildcard winners last possible. Until the final, CDEC Gaming beat every team after the group stage. Only there the Chinese had to give up the Evil Geniuses with 1: 3 in the best-of-5. Nevertheless, the team won a prize of more than 2.8 million US dollars .
