Ullrich Wegerich
Ullrich Wegerich (* 1955 in Mainz ) is a German crime writer.
Life
Wegerich studied sociology and philosophy at the Philipps University of Marburg and the Free University of Berlin . In Marburg he was one of the co-founders of the GBAL (Green-Colorful-Alternative List), the first green university group at a German university. In Berlin doctorate he in 1994 with a thesis on the history of philosophy of Max Horkheimer .
After that he worked as a social worker and wrote western novels for Bastei Lübbe under several pseudonyms . In 2005 his first crime novel Berliner Blut was published by Königshausen & Neumann . This was followed by Berliner Macht (2009) and Gut essen (1013) in the same publisher. Wegerich also self- published Die Hexe von Shipgrave (2014) and Mein ist die Rache (2015).
