CD Universidad César Vallejo
CD Universidad César Vallejo is a Peruvian football club from the city of Trujillo , which is currently competing in the second highest division in Peru. The association was founded on January 6, 1996. The team is coached by Ángel Comizzo from Argentina .
Stadion
CD Universidad César Vallejo plays its home games at the Estadio Mansiche . The stadium in Trujillo can seat 20,000 spectators.
Club colors
The club colors are blue, white and red as these are the colors of César Vallejo University .
Division
In 2003, the club rose for the first time in the Primera Division , the top division of Peru. In 2005 there was relegation to the Segunda Division, the second Peruvian division. In 2007 they became champions there and thus play first class again. The club is currently playing in the Segunda division again.
