The C entral E uropean C learinghouses & E xchanges Index - Composit Index in EUR (CXE) is a share index of the Vienna Stock Exchange . As a price index, it shows the performance of the most important stocks on the stock exchanges in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Poland. It was first set on January 4, 1999 at 746.46 index points. The ISIN is AT0000726476.
composition
The index is made up of the stocks of the best-selling Polish, Hungarian and Czech companies. It contains all the values of the Polish Traded Index (PTX), the Czech Traded Index (CTX) and the Hungarian Traded Index (HTX). This means that a total of 30 companies are listed.
The CECE is a price index . Kapitalausschuüttungen and dividends flow like the Austrian benchmark index Austrian Traded Index (ATX) , and unlike the DAX not included in the value. However, there is also a calculation of the CECE as a performance index (ISIN AT0000A09FK4). Both price and performance indices also have a version that is quoted in US dollars (ISIN AT0000999693 and ISIN AT0000A09FL2).

The NTX is based on the CECEEUR and, in addition to the three countries, also contains shares from Romania, but above all from Austria . The MSCI Eastern Europe , which, unlike the CECEEUR, also contains stocks from Russia and thus has a different profile (Russia 67%, Poland 21%, Hungary 8%, Czech Republic 3%) is also more extensive .
