Polish Traded Index
The Polish Traded Index ( PTX ) is a real-time index of the most attractive Polish stocks developed by the Vienna Stock Exchange . In addition to the US dollar , the calculation is also made in euros and in local currency . It is part of the CECEEUR .
The PTX started on January 4, 1999 with 612.12 points and a capital of 3,772,780,485.70 euros. The index base is 1,000 points as of July 15, 1996.
